TYPO3

Since I have switched to TYPO3 to create my website, I have decided to add a Typo3 section. Here you can study and/or download the various tutorials I have created to help you with TYPO3.

TYPO3 and Firefox 3 Trouble

I did not update to Firefox 3 when it first came out and then I read that TYPO3 seems to have problems with it. Well, now it is some time later and it still seems to cause problems. I just upgraded to Firefox 3 and my left column has totally disappeared. How on earth am I supposed to work in TYPO3 now? A quick search revealed that there is an extension to fix that. I installed it and OK, so far so good, the left column is back. But now there is more trouble.

Just now as I am trying to write this comment I can't fill anything into the RTE box. There is no cursor. What the heck is going on here now? How am I supposed to write this article. Another quick search revealed that IE7 worked ok. Well, I didn't want to open IE7 but I have the IE / Firefox add-on installed and switched to IE mode and to my surprise the RTE box now it works in Firefox 3 as you can see I wrote this article.
