Halifax Harbour Ferry

I have created this site to share the beautiful area I live at. We live beside the wonderful small 'Oat Hill Lake' in the middle of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. On foot it is 5 minutes to the nearest shopping Mall and 5 minutes by car to the biggest shopping Mall.

Behind our house is a hill and from the top we have a wonderful view of the harbour and Halifax on the other side.

Easter 2001 I got a Sony Mavica FD92 digital camera and I have such a ball taking pictures. I love the instant gratification of the digital camera. When I don't like a picture I just erase it. For the last year I have been using my Creative WebCam Go as a digital camera, but I found it difficult to get a sharp picture as there was no feedback when I had adjusted the focus correctly. Now with the proper digital camera it is easy.

February 2006
I got a new camera for my birthday. It is a Sony Cyber-Shot W5 camera.
