Here are  the pdf files for the cue cards I made to help me remember tapping sequences. I made them so that they print postcard size 4 to a regular sheet of paper (they are formatted print on US lettersize and A4 paper, just select the centered option).

do you know whether cue card and index card is the same?

I call them cue cards, basically they are postcard size 5.5 x 4.25 inches.
